We are hoping to get out to our site this week, but alas water levels are much higher than predicted. Check out the NOAA Tides and Water graph from today. We need the water level to be 0.00ft or lower and so far no luck. We will try again tomorrow!

While we are waiting for the tide levels to be ready for surveying, there are many ways you can get involved with our program.

1. Sign up to submit data with Hannah Giddens. Email her at HGiddens@patriotspoint.org.
2. Count algae from the past months! We have a whole library of images from past months. Check it out here!
3. Can you compare what you found between two different months? What about the data from two different tidal heights?
4. For our older students: Choose a month and use descriptive statistics on the images. For example, can you find the mean number of algae points in the quadrats for April 2015?
